For a water/effluent treatment programme to operate efficiently it is essential that all involved are aware of the importance of their role and the consequences of their actions. In addition, they should have a basic understanding of the reasons for water/effluent treatment and the effects that this can have on the efficient operation of the site plant and equipment.
